Power Outage Friday morning sure was interesting at ECHS! We went from extremely hot weather earlier in the week to a colder Friday morning with some rain, lightning, and thunder. We were without power on parts of the campus for the zero period, first period, and part of the 3rd period. We did our best by moving a couple classes into the cafeteria, using natural light, and placing emergency flashlight lanterns in classrooms. I really appreciate the patience and flexibility demonstrated by our staff and students. National Suicide Prevention Day Friday was National Suicide Prevention Day. Daily Reminder cards were passed out to students with positive messages. Students and staff also wore teal and purple to show support. We are very excited to announce that we will be bringing Kaiser Permanente's Ghosted program to ECHS for the first time later this semester.
