Female Athlete of the Year
We want to congratulate Nhu Hin for being nominated for RHS Female Athlete of the year. Nhu was a star on the RHS champion Badminton team!
Male Athlete of the Year
We also want to congratulate Jonah San Gabriel. He was named Co-Male Athlete of the Year for RHS! Jonah was a star swimmer and set school records in the pool. His name will hang in the RHS gym for years to come!
Summer Writing Workshop Opportunity
FSUSD is excited to announce a virtual enrichment opportunity for students entering grades 10-12: "Telling My Own Story," a series of college- and career-preparatory writing workshops provided by San Francisco-based English teacher and writing consultant, Mr. Darius White.
Participants will be guided through a series of workshops on personal narrative writing. By the end of the workshop series, participants will be able to draft and revise a personal narrative that meets their specific needs as they prepare for college or the workforce. Students' final products may include one of the following:
- College admissions essays
- Professional online profiles, such as a LinkedIn profile
- Personal essays
Session 1: June 15-30, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12-1pm
Session 2: July 6-22, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12-1pm
All workshops will be held virtually.

This form will close to new registration requests on Friday, June 4, at 5pm. Families will be notified confirming students' enrollment by Monday, June 7.

Senior Sunset
Wednesday night the ECHS Senior Class got together at the SCC stadium and had a Senior Sunset event. It was such a great night! We are so grateful that we were able to have this special in-person event.
SCC Graduation
Congratulations to the ECHS students who graduated Thursday night as a part of the Solano Community College Class of 2021!

Student Board Member
Congratulations to Mia Hernandez! Mia is currently a 10th grader in the ECHS program and last night she was sworn in as the new Student Board Member Alternate for the FSUSD Governing Board. Mia takes over in place of Jacob Francisco as his term as Student Board Member Alternate has concluded. We so proud of Mia, Jacob, and all of the ECHS students that get involved at the district level serving on the Student Advisory Council.
Textbooks Return
Please return all non-consumable textbooks to the office any day between 8:00am-4:00pm. We need all books by June 9th so we can prepare them to be checked back out to students. Thank you
